Observation on Teacher(s) in the Classroom

Their preparation of the teacher / student to learn and teach is well prepared, from preparing material that is real - for example the presentation of material that is made so as to attract the interest of the child as well as how to explain easy and exciting lessons.
There I also got a new experience that was very valuable because I saw them having tips to make the material look attractive. They also prepare lessons regularly and coordinated, for example: Monday the lesson schedule is math, science, and lenguage. it made the learning process well coordinated, and to my amazement, they had been introduced to technology from an early age.
Their teaching in class was a little different from the kindergarten I had visited in Indonesia. There they use tables and chairs for the daily learning process.
For the measurement trough recitation, quizzes, group activities, and worksheets. I was very amazed by the way of learning or preparation that they prepared, whether it was material or material that was to be taught. Teachers and students there are very disciplined with time.

Innovation since she thinks of her own ways on how to teach the kids. Usually she uses group activities that initiates collaborative work an dteamwork with the students. She does't teach in a traditional manner but in n eclectic approach where he combines 2 which ia the traditional and progressive . She still uses the pen and paper type of assessment but she makes sure that the students has a lot of hands on activities. She does't dictate all the sure that she gets the anwers from the students ideas.

Teaching Practice

The method of teaching that I use when I teach teaching is by giving individual or group career assignments with the time period used in one subject is 40 minutes. First I explained, the two children formed groups and did the assignments, and the third they did the assignments individually. The problem that I experienced when I was teaching practice was due to differences in culture and language, but so far so good !!! 😄 they really make me comfortable in class, even though at first I was very nervous because this first time the teaching time was teaching practice but my lucky one could pass it and I got management pupils in the class. My impression during my teaching there was very good, very nice, and amazing 😉, I was very proud to be able to teach practice at Dominicn School Manila, sisters and teachers there welcome to me. Especially to teacher Molou (mentor) I feel she is my old sister even though I met less than a month, and pupils that I feel are like young brothers a...
